PDXFlyers.com. PDX Flyers is the sole owner of the information we
collect. We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share in any way
with any third party the information we collect. Except under the
rare circumstance where we might need to comply with a legal action.

The user information we collect, such as name, address, email
address, phone number, etc. while creating an account at
PDXFlyers.com is used strictly for the services we provide. We
encourage you to keep your user account up to date with any and all
changes by logging onto your account and making the appropriate
changes.
3. Web logging files.
Logging controls are routinely enabled to monitor the performance of
a website, which do record the users IP address and errors. While we
regularly monitor logging files, we do not store them, nor do we
store IP addresses.

Our website has been programmed to enable the use of a Chase

Payment Gateway. During our secure checkout procedure the users
credit card and personal information is processed through Chase
Bank. PDXFLyers does not record, store or otherwise gather your
personal/business credit card information through this process. For

PDX Flyers will, if asked fully cooperate with any and all law
enforcement agencies for the purposes of any charged or alleged
illegal activity which may have involved PDXFlyers.com

necessary by PDX Flyers. If and when modifications are made to our

Refunds and credits are processed by means of a refund back to the
customers credit card account that was initially used for the
original order. All Refund decisions will be made at
the sole decision of PDX Flyers administration.
