  • How do I contact you?

  • Can you send out my PDF premade flyer?
    Yes and No. Our server is configured to allow you to upload directly to it. As part of our security platform we have permitted only .jpg files. While our servers will not allow the upload of a PDF flyer you may email it to us directly, we will format it for broadcasting and send it out for you.
     
  • How many pictures can I have on my flyer?
    Most of our flyers allow up to 3, however a few allow up to 4, plus the main picture. Please reference the template you want to use.
     
  • Can I resend my flyer whenever I want?
    Your flyer, whether we created it for you, or we used your pre-made flyer will remain active for 6 months from you original order. During that time you may request it sent out as often as you would like for only $18.95 each time we broadcast it. We recommend - once a month!
     
  • Can I make changes to my flyer?
    You can! Changes such as, price change, broker's open, back on the market, etc. can be made and broadcasted for only $22.95.
     
  • How do I get started?
    Getting started is easy, all it takes is three steps and you're ready to go - see     How the Process Works.
    1. Create an account.
    2. Choose a flyer template from our Design Suite.
    3. Submit the order form and we'll do the rest.

  • Do you give a quantity discount?
    YES! We are always willing to discuss your individual needs and work with you to achieve a win/win agreement.
     
  • What are your marketing areas?
    Our Exclusive Market Network is the Portland/Vancouver metro Realtor    ® community.
  • What you should know about email broadcasting. While we do our best to provide a valuable service to our local Realtors®, not everyone agrees. There are Realtors® and Broker Companies that have requested to be removed from our Network. By the same token, however, we receive requests to be added to our network on a weekly basis. Currently, our member participation is approximately 5200.
  • A word of caution about some of the claims of National broadcasting companies. Not all broadcasting companies maintain an updated membership network, which may lead you to believe they have a larger broadcast network...be aware. We are constantly updating and maintaining our network to provide you the best quality service possible.  As your local resource we believe an honest and straight forward approach serves everyone's best interest.

  • Does PDX Flyers track flyer delivery and read flyers?
    That is a great question. Yes, and no. While there are many factors that make it difficult to track with certainty whether or not your flyer has been read, we do regularly track delivery through bounces. Compared to the industry average of 37% our bounce record is approximately 16%.     What that means to you is that, on average, better than 80% of the flyers we send out on your behalf reach their recipients.
     
  • How do I pay for my order? Is it a secure payment gateway?
    Payment is processed through our site using our Secure Payment Gateway provided by Chase Bank Paymentech.     Yes - it is secure! Note the "https" and the lock icon in your address bar once you sign in. Our payment gateway security is SSL with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). View our Security Certificate for more information once you sign in.
     
  • May I send out real estate related flyers that are not property listings?
    Yes! Through our associated RE Flyers Cafe' Network you may send out other real estate related flyers. The order process is the same; however all flyers other than property listing flyers will be sent out through our RE Flyers Cafe' Network.
     
  • Does PDX Flyers create virtual tours or take pictures of my listings?
    YES! Through our     PDXPhotoShop™ Virtual Tours & Photo Services we offer two additional services.
    1. Create and host both Branded and MLS compliant Slide Show Virtual Tours of your listings, including taking up to 25 digitally mastered photographs.
    2. Create and host both Branded and MLS compliant Slide Show Virtual Tours of your listings, using your pictures.
    We've made the scheduling of our PDXPhotoShop™ services easy. We are RMLS members, which means we can provide you with our services even when you cannot attend...of course we will need your Seller's permission, however.

  • Can I have a flyer made just for my Flyer-Box?
    YES, for only $26.95! Once you have logged in select the Flyer-Box Flyer option. Additionally, once your order is placed you may order color copies from your order confirmation page - don't forget to wait for your confirmation page.

  • Can I order printed flyers with my order?
    YES! PDXFlyers has partnered with     Bear Printing for reliable and quality flyer printing - 100 printed flyers for $19.00 - with your Design Suite Broadcast & Flyer-Box order. You may select the "Plus 100 color printed flyers" option when you place your order. We will send your finished flyer to Bear Printing for you to pick up.

  • NEW!! Does PDX Flyers post my flyer on Craigslist?
    YES! With each broadcast flyer order we also include posting your flyer on Craigslist & Facebook.
