- Can
you send out my PDF premade flyer?
Yes and No. Our server is configured to allow you to upload
directly to it. As part of our security platform we have
permitted only .jpg files. While our servers will not allow
the upload of a PDF flyer you may email it to us directly,
we will format it for broadcasting and send it out for you.

How many pictures can I
have on my flyer?
Most of our flyers allow up to 3, however a few allow up
to 4, plus the main picture. Please reference the template
you want to use.

Can I resend my flyer whenever
I want?
Your flyer, whether we created it for you, or we used your
pre-made flyer will remain active for 6 months from you
original order. During that time you may request it sent
out as often as you would like for only $21.95 each time
we broadcast it. We recommend - once a month!

Can I make changes to my
flyer?
You can! Changes such as, price change, broker's open, back
on the market, etc. can be made and broadcasted for only
$26.95.

Do you give a quantity
discount?
Our pricing schedule is based upon the lowest possible dollar
amount for the services we provide. At this time we do not
offer a published quantity discount. However, we are always
willing to discuss your individual needs and work with you
to achieve a win/win agreement.

Our Exclusive Market Network is the Portland/Vancouver metro
Realtor® community.

Does PDX Flyers track flyer
delivery and read flyers?
That is a great question. Yes, and no. While there are many
factors that make it difficult to track with certainty whether
or not your flyer has been read, we do regularly track delivery
through bounces. Compared to the industry average of 37% our bounce record is
approximately 12%. What that means to you is
that, on average, approximately
88% of the flyers we send out on your behalf reach
their recipients.

How do I pay for my order?
Is it a secure payment gateway?
Payment is processed through our site using our Secure Payment
Gateway provided by Chase Bank Paymentech. Yes
- it is secure! Note the "https" and the lock
icon in your address bar once you sign in. Our payment gateway
security is SSL with an encryption key length of 128-bits
(the highest level commercially available). View our Security

May I send out real estate
related flyers that are not property listings?
Yes! Through our associated RE Flyers Cafe' Network you
may send out other real estate related flyers. The order
process is the same; however all flyers other than property
listing flyers will be sent out through our RE Flyers Cafe'
Network.
- Does PDX Flyers create 360°
Virtual Tours or take pictures of my listings?
YES! Through our
PDXPhotoShop™
Virtual Tours & Photo Services beginning
in Spring of 2008 we will be offering two additional services.
- Create and host both Branded and MLS compliant 360°
Virtual Tours of your listings.
- Plus, we will take quality digital pictures that
best show-off the features of your listings.
We've made the scheduling of our
PDXPhotoShop™
services easy. We are RMLS members, which means we can provide
you with our services even when you cannot attend...of course
we will need your Seller's permission, however.
- Can I have a flyer made just
for my Flyer-Box?
YES, for only $26.95! Once you have logged in select the
Flyer-Box Flyer option. Additionally, once your order is
placed you may order color copies from your order confirmation
page - don't forget to wait for your confirmation page.

my order?
YES! PDXFlyers has partnered with
Bear
Printing for reliable and quality
flyer printing - 100 printed flyers for $25.00 - with your Design Suite Broadcast & Flyer-Box
order. You may select the "Plus 100 color printed flyers"
option when you place your order. We will send your finished
flyer to Bear Printing for you to pick up.
